    South Lyon Rail Trail Scheduled Maintenance

    Beginning June 24, contractors will be performing tree trimming, mowing, and tree removal on the South Lyon Rail Trail between McMunn and Dixboro. The trail will be closed completely in this area beginning June 29 for completion of utility work.

    Residents are needed on this board to assist in review of applications from residents or businesses for variance of ordinances.

    Contractors for Comcast are currently working in City of South Lyon neighborhoods. Residents should receive a door tag notice when work is to start in their area. We are assured by Comcast that yards will be restored to original condition. Please contact the city with any questions or complaints.

    2019 Dog Licenses are now available at City Hall. Please bring a current rabies vaccination with you when you come in to purchase the license. These fees are set by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners.

    After June 1, the price is $33.00 for all licenses.
